How does buying at nordicthink work?

I saw a product in another color that I no longer see here, can this be so?
Yes, possibly. We work with brands that make many wonderful products, but offering all their complete catalogs here would be impractical. We prefer to make a preliminary selection of patterns and colors, which we believe is the most interesting. But if you like another option, we'll try to get the model and/or color that you prefer. Just send us an email and we will reply asap.
Are the colors, wood and fabric samples that I see on screen realistic/accurate?
Good question! Although we have tried to detail as precisely as possible the different finishes of the vast majority of products, samples represented on a website can hardly ever be totally accurate.
Each computer and browser can influence the perception of tones, so that there may be slight variations in the actual product received with respect to its viewing on nordicthink's website. Some allowance should be made for small differences.
How the measurements are indicated for each product?
For all products the three measurement figures (e.g. 10x15x10 cm.) are always listed in the same order: width x depth x height.
How I can pay/make a payment?
We offer payment with credit card (Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard) and also bank transfer payment. The management of the credit card payments are made through the secure gateway of Banc Sabadell, so we will never keep your personal data.
What is included in the price?
This is simple: the products you have purchased will be brought to the door of your house.
How much is shipping?
Transportation is included for Spain peninsula in all orders over 60 €, taxes included. For lower amounts, we charge only 5 € to deliver the goods to your home. Ask for special conditions to Canary Islands. For other countries, you'll see in your basket the shipping cost depending on the total amount and the country you live in.
How long does delivery take?
We indicate in each product the approximate delivery time. For products in stock, delivery takes 1 or 2 business days (only in Spain peninsula). For other countries, the delivery time may be a little bit longer.
In some cases, delays could result due to either the manufacturer or transport. Although nordicthink is not responsible for these delays you'll be informed of any incident and we will do our best to solve any problem. We'll do our best to keep our customers happy.
How I can check my order?
We will always confirm your order and notify you of any developments. You will receive e-mails during the waiting period, reporting the status of your order. Besides this information, you can send a mail or call us at 932 456 866 if necessary. We will be happy to talk to you!
What is the guarantee of the products?
As indicated by Spanish current legislation, there is a 2 year warranty from the date of invoicing. This warranty will be voided by misuse or wrong maintenance of the product by the customer.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, provided you do it within 24 hours after confirmation. As you know, many of our products are ordered specifically for you, since there are many product variations. Please, be sure you select the right options.
Can I return what I bought?
We believe you will love and enjoy the products purchased from nordicthink. That's because we do our best to inform customers of any product details before they are purchased. We'll be happy indeed to answer any queries you may have. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, please review our returns policy, which is regulated by the current legistlation.
You have 14 days to exercise your right to return purchases. However, we only accept returned products that are in the same perfect condition in which they were delivered and in their original packaging. You must communicate by mail the reason for returning them. There is a restocking fee in this case.
We cannot accept the return of upholstered products (sofas. bed-sofas, easychairs, armchairs, chairs) if they were specially produced for an specific order.
What if the product has come defective?
In the case of defective products due to manufacturing or transportation, you should email us to mail within 24 hours and attach photos. Once we verify that the alleged defect has its origin in the manufacturer or transportation of the product, we shall refund the amount within the next 10 days or we will send you a new one.
